Singing bowls
Tibetan singing bowls made of ancient metals, imported from India and Nepal.
For a few decades now, these bowls, as well as the so-called Tibetan bells, have been used to reduce stress, balance the chakras, increase body energy, achieve a feeling of well-being, practice yoga. They are also used to massage, relax muscles, or to make music (singing bowl concerts).
